year 2017, trainings...? , goals...!?

this is my goals - I'm not sure yet and let'see.


but...


some thinks about it and hopes...:


trainings:
a) every week a little bit faster (around 5sek/per week). but jan, veb, march only one training per day. Aftee that I watch around my trainings and mauby start morning runs again.


1.not very high km-s
a. because of lack morning runs and I don't want to ruine myself, not very high km-s


b) hills. I think not bfore my weight is sub 69kg - mayby started on vebr
2.hills starts from feb 2017
    one hills per week. after a month I start hills sprints after every hard training


c) long runs. over a week: one longer/one shorter but faster. from jan2+17
3. every week(started at jan) very long run 20min longer/faster long run 10min longer, after weight sub 70.


d) hard long fartlek, started from jan2017
4. 2km+1km+800m+600m+400m+200m+100m with jog half of distance between 60min/km or faster. fast splits let'see, every week faster


e) short hard fartlek from jan2017
5. 1min fast+1min easy or 200m  very fast+200m easier - one hour ore more


GOALS:
I hope to run
a) 100km 6:40 or faster but this is not very important goal - I know, I can do this but this is hardest goal for me and I'm not very sure.
b) mayby run this year Laulasmaa ultra in Estonia 211km on not very easy course sub 16hours. this is not important goal - just one Estonian run
c)24h run 280+km-s (but my lifetime goal is 305km+ and...) . this too long run. goal b, is  260+km-s
d)I have much more goals but my runs is not yet on paper and I think yet......

if my legs is good and I can run - all this goals is possible. but my summer thrombosis make my very carefully... let'see....
